记录一个城市有点像给一个人拍肖像，有时候会觉得无从下手，如果建筑和街道是身体，那么生活其中的各色人物就是维持这身体的血液，他们使城市活着。
2009年我开始试着用雅西卡胶片相机记录自己从小生长的北京，KODAK的温暖色彩很适合北京的特质。我希望这组片子在“纪实”以外还有虚构和概念的成分。
To make photos for a city is just like to make figure portraits .Sometimes it is not easy to find a start point.If we say that the buildings and streets are just like the body of a man,then the people
living in it are the blood flowing inside that body.They make city becomes alive.
It starts from 2009 and I use KODAK color film and YASHICA 120 camera trying to capture the spirit of Beijing,the city I was born and in which I spent more than 30 years life time.
I hope you can see the fictional concept more than a documentary.
